Which databases and file formats can I import?
Free and Plus import Scopus CSV exports. Premium and Elite add Web of Science, PubMed, Dimensions, Lens and OpenAlex exports, plus BibTeX, RIS and EndNote XML, and let you combine several databases in one dataset with duplicates merged for you.
What does Literature Intelligence do?
It reads your papers’ titles, abstracts and keywords and extracts theories, variables, methods, contexts and findings. You get an evidence matrix, relationship maps, research gaps, contradictions and a conceptual framework you can edit and export.
Which journal rankings are included?
ABS/AJG, ABDC, FT50, UTD24, SCImago (SJR quartiles) and Journal Citation Reports impact factors. Journals are matched by ISSN and title, and you can filter any analysis by ranking.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars. You can view them in the currency picker on the pricing page, including EUR, GBP, MYR, SGD, AUD, CAD, INR, BDT, IDR and AED; converted prices are indicative. Card payments are charged in your selected currency, and Malaysian customers can pay in MYR by FPX or e-wallet.
Are there discounts for longer subscriptions?
Yes. Quarterly plans save 10%, yearly plans save 20% and 2-year plans save 30% compared with paying monthly. You can switch terms at any time from your billing page.
How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits (for explanations, drafting, screening and extraction) and report-writer words. The pricing page lists what each action costs. If you run out, buy a one-off top-up — purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is my data private?
Your datasets are visible only to you and the team members you invite. You can delete a dataset and all of its derived results at any time.
